Margith runs VGF's Colombia operation, turning strategy into execution on the ground. She keeps the standards high and the day-to-day moving — making sure every client team is staffed, supported, and performing.

Cristian keeps operations tight. He came up running BPO floors in Barranquilla, and he brought that operator's eye to VGF: SLAs, KPIs, quality checks, and the training that makes them stick. He runs onboarding for new accounts and stays on them after launch, so what gets promised in the sale is what shows up in the work.
